Congratulations Chrisma! Your duck rocks!
Congratulations to our Junior Sous Chef, Chrisma Antono, who recently won first prize in the ‘The Seasonal Challenge’ cooking competition , organised by Caterer Middle East and Nestlé Professional.
The judges were most impressed by the two courses that Chrisma and his team-mate Antonio Dominicis from the Radisson Blu Deira Creek prepared for them – rolled duck breast wrapped with leek served with mushroom risotto, and rice pudding squares with mango salsa.
