Starting Friday, 9th March 2012, our Cavendish Restaurant will start offering Friday Brunch.

Every Friday from 12:30 p.m. – 3.30 p.m. you can enjoy a Family Friday Brunch in the heart of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The nearest metro station is only down the road, or you can valet park for free at the Bonnington.

There’s plenty on offer for brunch-lovers of all ages! Numerous buffet stations will vie for your attention and for our younger guests there is a dedicated play area with plenty of fun activities throughout the brunch!

Brunch packages start from AED 199 for adults. Kids under 12 only pay AED 149 and the under 6′s eat free!

To celebrate the launch of our new Family Friday Brunch, we’re giving away 2 sets of brunch vouchers for 2 adults and 1 child (under 12) every week from now until the end of March!

Here’s what you have to do: Download the place-mat template from the Cavendish Facebook Page, print it out, and get your kids to draw or paint a picture of their favourite meal, food, or dish. They can use their imagination to create their very own masterpiece! Once done, scan the artwork and upload it to www.facebook.com/bonningtontower. We’ll announce the winners every Sunday!

All submissions will also be displayed in our very own kiddies’ area on Family Brunch Fridays for all to see! Plus, at the end of March, we will pick our 3 favourite designs and turn them into place-mats for future Family Friday Brunches!

All children aged 6-12 years are welcome to take part.

What’s happening at the Bonnington this week and some recent press clippings…

We’ve got plenty of offers lined up for you all throughout February! In our Authors Lounge, we’re offering a Tea Tasting special and you can try any three of our more than 12 loose leaf teas for only AED 30. While you’re there, why not try our Food special and grab a spinach & mushroom quiche with a salad for only AED 39?

In our Cavendish Restaurant in the meantime, February is Australian wine month and you can sample some outstanding red and white wines for only AED 145/bottle:

We’re also offering grilled Canadian lobster with garlic butter, French fries and salad for only AED 195/portion in February.

Pre- or post-dinner, you should really pop into our Healey’s Bar where our bartenders are mixing different cocktails of the week every week throughout the month. From 5th to 11th of February, try a Bolshoi Basil (Basil leaves with vodka & lemon juice, served over crushed ice) for only AED 35!

Don’t forget that Valentine’s Day is coming up and we have a special Wine dinner in our Cavendish Restaurant! A few seats are still available, so hurry & book today!

The last few weeks were probably too cold to spend much time outside, but now that the temperatures are on the up, it’s the perfect time to visit our Leisure Deck and chill out at our Pool Bar. There’s home-made icecream for only AED 12/tub, and the Food special for February is Caprese Salad with fresh roma tomato, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil & balsamic reduction (AED 49/portion). between 5th – 11th February, you can also try “Pomme” – our mocktail of the Week, which is made with fresh mint leafs, lime juice, vanilla, and apple juice (AED 25).
