We’re well and truly in 2012 now and despite the sandstorms of late and the cooler temperatures, Spring in Dubai is on its way. We’ve got a wealth of special offers for our guests & visitors in March to celebrate Spring, Dubai, and, well, life in general:
You’ll have heard that we’re starting a fabulous Friday Family Brunch in our Cavendish Restaurant on 9th March and you can even get your kids to win you vouchers for it – see here.

March is not all about brunch, of course! We’ve got many other options to keep you entertained:
In our Authors’ Lounge, we’re offering an Irish Whiskey Flight in March. Pop in, settle in one of our comfortable armchairs and sample a glass of Jameson 12yr, Jameson 18yr, and Jameson Vintage for only AED 115 per person!
If all the whiskey makes you hungry, the dessert of the month in the Authors’ Lounge in March is Vanilla Pannacotta with poached strawberries & caramel – sweetly priced at only AED 30 per portion.
Next door in our Healey’s Bar & Terrace, you can sample our cocktail of the month: Strawberry Daiquiri (AED 35) or we’ve got different cocktails of the week for you, too: March starts with a Margarita, moves to a Mango Collins, followed by a Manhattan, before it ends with a Brandy Alexander. Every cocktail of the week is also only AED 35.
Oh, and shisha (hubbly bubbly) is back at the Bonnington! After a short break, we’re serving a multitude of shisha flavours every evening on our Healey’s Terrace!
Not a fan of alcohol? Chill out on our Leisure Deck and try the mocktail of the month: Strawberry Flower Smoothie – only a very smooth AED 25 per portion.
Returning to the Cavendish, March’s dessert of the month is Strawberry & Hazelnut ‘Eton Mess’ (AED 30) and wine-wise, we’re showcasing Italy and offer you a choice of a 2009 Gabbiano Pinot Grigio or a 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (Nadaria, Cusumano) as our wines of the month (AED 145/bottle).
Also, don’t forget, our Cavendish Lunch Express is still available every weekday!
Lastly, March is of course the month of the year when things are turning green at the Bonnington for St. Patrick’s Day! This year’s festival is even bigger and better than last year’s and features several live concerts by well-known Irish bands and musicians, as well as activities for kids.
