Our soft-opening lifts property prices in Jumeirah Lakes Towers!

According to an article published in the business pages of today’s “The National” newspaper, the opening of the Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers is helping to increase property prices in our neighbourhood.

Vincent Easton, the sales director at the property brokerage Engel and Voelkers, is quoted saying “The market [is] starting to pay closer attention to some neighbourhoods that were hit hard by price declines. Jumeirah Lakes Towers, for example, lost many tenants to the more developed Jumeirah Beach Residence and Marina. […] But now that the Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers hotel is closer to opening and more buildings are being completed, there is renewed interest. After months of people leaving in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, they are now starting to return. There’s a postcode effect going on where people are aspiring to certain areas.”

We certainly share Mr. Easton’s opinion and hope that, as we are adding new facilities and services and progress through our soft-opening towards the grand opening, we will play an increasingly important part in making Jumeirah Lakes Towers an even more desireable location.
